Strange Bedfellows

Barack Obama, Sarah Palin in Archie

Ray Gustini Sep 21, 2010
Barack Obama and Sarah Palin may yet face each other in the 2012 election, but until then, they'll have to be content sharing a chocolate malt in the November issue of "Archie". That's right, Obama and Palin (the latter a "noted politician," according to the indispensable Archie Comics press release) will be descending on Riverdale in an attempt to swing a particularly contentious student council election. It's a two-part issue, so you'll actually have to wait until December to find out what happens, although we can only assume a third-party candidacy by self-funder Jughead plays a major role.
