Huckabee Endorses Rand Paul in...Alaska?

Twitter is a great way to announce a high-profile political endorsement, but it usually helps to get the candidate's home state right. Witness this tweet sent out by Mike Huckabee's PAC, or somebody closely following it:

GOVERNOR MIKE HUCKABEE AND HUCK PAC ENDORSE RAND PAUL FOR U.S. SENATE IN ALASKA: http://bit.ly/aZdRQHless than a minute ago via twitterfeed

Rand Paul, as of this writing, is running for senate in Kentucky, not Alaska. This situation--like all others in politics--remains fluid, of course.

It should be noted, it took us to a press release where Huckabee endorsed Paul in Kentucky, his proper state. Either somebody running the HuckPac feed had a brain-freeze or we've been shamefully negligent in our coverage of rising Alaskan political star "Rand Paul."
