Is Rahm Emanuel Chicago's Next Mayor?

The political world was caught off-guard Tuesday by Richard Daley's announcement that he would not seek a fourth term as Chicago mayor. If Daley's out, who's in? What about White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, who told interviewer Charlie Rose earlier this year that the mayor's office "has always been an aspiration of mine"? On Twitter, users weighed in on a potential Emanuel candidacy, and even suggested a few alternatives:
