Dan Coats Reclaims Indiana for GOP

Former Sen. Dan Coats captured the seat of retiring Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh for the GOP, retaking Indiana for for Republicans after the state went for Obama in the 2008 election. The state hadn't voted D in decades. In his victory speech, Coats hails switching the Senate seat from one that helped the president to one that will stop him.
