Whether or not to raise the debt ceiling is a hotly debated topic at the moment, even a point of disagreement within parties. The Atlantic Wire attempted to clear up the confusion surrounding the issue by explaining exactly what the debt ceiling is and the predicted consequences of raising or not raising it. But for those who are still a bit perplexed by the concept, Richard Lui is here to help. On MSNBC today, Lui plays the role of "spending" in a riveting performance, in which he acts out what would happen if the debt ceiling were to be raised.
