The 112th Congress began today with John Boehner's swearing in as Speaker of the House. As we all know, Boehner tends to get a bit emotional during significant moments like these, and receiving the gavel from outgoing Speaker Nancy Pelosi today was no exception. As Pelosi's speech dragged on and Boehner teared up, top Tweeters laughed at both of their expenses.
