The New York representative’s main argument here is that in advocating for repeal, Republican members of congress “make stuff up.” Because of this, Weiner very considerately takes a moment to warn the folks at home who might be playing “that now popular drinking game of you take a shot whenever something is not true. Please, assign a designated driver--this is going to be a long afternoon.”
