The expected Supreme Court review of health care reform now has a date: a petition filed on Wednesday by 26 asking the Court to decide the constitutionality of Obama's reform, reports CNN's Bill Mears, "virtually assures a landmark decision by June, in the thick of a presidential election year." Mears adds, "The court will probably decide by year's end whether to accept the case.
