Health Care Heads to the Supreme Court, Decision Expected by June

The expected Supreme Court review of health care reform now has a date: a petition filed on Wednesday by 26 asking the Court to decide the constitutionality of Obama's reform, reports CNN's Bill Mears, "virtually assures a landmark decision by June, in the thick of a presidential election year." Mears adds, "The court will probably decide by year's end whether to accept the case. They are almost certain to step in, say legal experts, and oral arguments would be heard early next year, with a decision by late June." All of the GOP presidential contenders advocating getting rid of Obamacare one way or another.
