Herman Cain is riding his "9-9-9" plan to a seven-point lead over Mitt Romney, while Perry now trails Paul, Gingrich and Bachmann--but almost 70 percent of people polled aren't certain of their vote. According to the latest Rasmussen report, a "telephone survey of Likely Iowa caucus-goers shows that Cain is in front with 28 percent followed by former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney at 21 percent. Congressman Ron Paul is a distant third at 10% followed by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich at 9 percent, Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann at 8%, and Texas Governor Rick Perry at 7 percent."  But there is sort-of good news for anyone not named Herman Cain--the majority of people surveyed could still change their mind between now and the January 3rd Caucus. "Only one-third of the caucus-goers (32 percent) are certain of their vote and don’t expect to change their mind." The caveat, Cain leads with people who have made up their minds: "Among these voters, 30 percent prefer Cain, 22 percent Romney, and 17 percent Paul," Rassmusen reports. "Among those absolutely certain they will show up and participate in the caucus, Cain leads Romney 31 percent to 18 percent."
