In his media appearances, Herman Cain may be able to talk about on what happened in those two sexual harassment complaints we learned of this week, but at least one of his accusers can't respond because of a gag order. The woman "wants to tell her side of the story but is barred by a confidentiality agreement, her attorney in Washington said Tuesday," according to The Washington Post . Politico broke the story of the week Sunday when it revealed that Cain was accused to sexual harassing two women in separate incidents while working at the National Restaurant Association in 1990s.

Cain does not feel similarly muzzled. He gave his version of what in one of the complaints with one woman in an interview with Fox News's Greta van Susteren. "She was in my office one day, and I made a gesture saying -- and I was standing close to her -- and I made a gesture saying you are the same height as my wife ... And I brought my hand up to my chin saying, 'My wife comes up to my chin.'"

The accuser seems to disagree with Cain's version of events. "It is just frustrating that Herman Cain is going around bad-mouthing the two complainants, and my client is blocked by a confidentiality agreement," the woman's lawyer tell The Post. "The National Restaurant Association ought to release them and allow them to respond."
