Concluding "The Obama Experiment Has Failed," the Republican National Committee's new ad capitalizes on President Obama's remark in interview with ABC News's George Stephanopoulos last month: "Well, I don't think they're better off than they were four years ago." The rest of the ad, which is entitled "It's Been Three Years," depicts a nation in crisis: dismal economic numbers, riots in the streets (courtesy of some footage from Occupy Wall Street protests), a scary evening news announcers, Obama's own suggestions that he doesn't deserve re-election if the economy is still in shambles. Consider this a preview of a long, grueling general election campaign.
