In the lull just before a new round of polls close this Super Tuesday, bored reporters start talking about what the Republican presidential candidates' parties are like. In general, the consensus appears to be they're all dorky. Still, every candidate victory (or concession) party is dorky in its own way. Perhaps they give a little hint into the candidates' characters. Here's how they're being described:

Mitt Romney, Boston: Family-friendly but festive

"'Never trust a big butt and a smile'--Bel Biv Davoe, as sung by the Romney HQ house band," Yahoo's Holly Bailey tweets.

"It almost looks like a wedding, or bar mitzvah," Politico's Reid Epstein says, according to colleague Jake Sherman.

It looks like a well-attended bar mitzvah, then:

Rick Santorum, Steubenville, Ohio: Rat Pack-y

"They're playing Dean Martin at the Santorum rally in Steubenville, Ohio. He's from around here. Very hard to type while snapping my fingers," Slate's John Dickerson tweets.

"Greetings from Steubenville, OH, where Santorum is holding a primary party. Frank Sinatra is currently getting things started," Talking Points Memo's Benjy Sarlin writes.

Santorum's party looks more fun on Politico TV than it does in ABC News' Shushannah Walshe's twitpic:

Newt Gingrich, Atlanta: Country Club

There appear to be fewer reporters partying with Gingrich in Georgia tonight. Slate's Dave Weigel tweets that the crowd sang along with "Sweet Carolina." But photos indicate there are a lot of blue blazers present.

Colonel Sanders might be in attendance:

Ron Paul, North Dakota: Old mixes with young

You can hear Pauls die-hard young fans yelling, but you can see the old folks' white hair at his Idaho party. "Ron Paul's speech is live from some haunted house or something," deceiver tweets.

It doesn't look like reporters have much of a party at all:
