Mitt Romney enjoyed totally dominating the other Republican candidates during the primary, but he's the relative pauper of the general election. President Obama released his March fundraising totals Friday afternoon, and as The New York Times' Nick Confessore points out, he has $104 million cash on hand—10 times what Romney has. Obama raised $35 million last month. One of Obama's bundlers was Jack Rosen, who supported George W. Bush in 2004, BuzzFeed's Ben Smith reports. Rosen raised more than $500,000 for Obama.
Romney released his March fundraising numbers Friday morning, showing he pulled in $12.6 million and has $10.1 million cash on hand. Politico's Emily Schultheis notes that's more than the $11.5 million he raised in February, but he's still behind the incumbent.
