Now That Oral Arguments Are Over, What's the Point of That Red Avatar?
Not too many people were convinced when Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia tried to use murder to explain gay marriage. Jon Stewart was one of them. You see, in the spring the Supreme Court will hear arguments that will impact the way gay people are treated and recognized in the United States. Republicans, like Senator Lindsey Graham, have no say when it comes to the decision, but they're more than happy to ski down a slippery slope talking about how gay marriage will open the doors for polyamorous marriages (like the heterosexual stars of Sister Wives?) and whatnot.
