Stephen Colbert declared last night that North Korea's bizarre propaganda video showing a man dreaming about the destruction of New York to the tune of "We Are the World" proves that "we are not only in an arms race, we are in a dreams race." So naturally, what with Pyongyang's recent threats and all, Colbert retaliated with a dream of his own. The remake involves explosions, Kermit the Frog, and Meg Ryan. Pass it on — maybe it'll even get all the way over there:
