Are Hewlett-Packard Webcams Racist?

Hewlett Packard's new, state-of-the-art webcam includes software for tracking the user's face. The idea is that when you use Skype (or similar programs), the camera keeps you in frame as you move, saving you from constantly having to adjust the camera. But what if the tracking software only works with white people? This intrepid man and his white co-worker performed an experiment to test how well it tracks different races. Not too well, it turns out.
