Live Feed: Obama to Speak on al-Awlaki Drone strike

President Barack Obama is expected to speak about Friday's drone strike that killed U.S. citizen and Al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki at the retirement of Adm. Mike Mullen, the leader of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff who is stepping down after 40 years in the navy. Check out a live feed to the ceremony, below:
