Amtrak's WiFi Upgrade Allows More People to Complain About Amtrak WiFi

Amtrak, America's much-maligned railroad service, have given rail passengers a gift: upgraded WiFi on its very expensive Acela trains and will upgrade the rest of its trains by summer.
